Beautiful hotel
This is a beautiful, new hotel. The rooms are a great size, clean & comfortable. There could have been more soundproofing as we could hear the TV & voices from other rooms. Communication was great even before booking the hotel as they responded quickly to email inquiries. The breakfast was very good. The hot food was different all the five days we were there, and we could order eggs to be freshly made as we wanted. The pastries were amazing! There is a small shop next door which was convenient for buying water. The business conference room was useful for working in during the day. The gym, spa and pool were great too. Special mention about Zaina at the restaurant who was always very friendly & helpful and brought a slice of cake when she heard it was our daughter's birthday. "Don't disturb me" signs could have been provided to let the housekeeping know when we were in the room. There is a lovely kids' play area through the breakfast room but it is not marked or advertised well so please ask about it at the reception.

화장실변기와 세수대의 거리가 좁은느낌. 5일동안 지내면서 샤워부스의 머리카락은 단 한번도 치우지않음. 칫솔치약은 2,3일에 딱 한번 새것으로 넣어주심. 참고로 헤어 컨디셔너와 바디로션없음. 샤워부스에 샤워커텐이나 문이 않달려있음. 다만 이곳의 최고장점~ 직원들의 친절도 최상! 영어 사용에 불편함이 없음!

Très bel établissement - récent - proche de l'aéroport. Les chambres sont vastes et non-fumeur, la piscine et le spa sont un plus appréciable. Le restaurant est de qualité. La zone dans laquelle est situé l'hôtel est sans intérêt, mais pratique pour accéder à l'aéroport.

Hotel is new and in great condition, staff are kind. But they are very slow and need proper training I think. Restaurant service is slow. I had to wait with small kid for 1,5 h to get our food (it was delicious, but such a slow service) I visited the same hotel again in a few months and the same experience. Breakfast was not ready in the morning and nobody is the restaurant to prepare and we had to leave without breakfast.
