Preferred stay for Americans in UZ!

Staff service was truly exceptional including our 1AM checkout! Anne the front desk clerk offered exceptional customer service!! Two block beautiful walk from the US Embassy. If I could recommend only one thing: put a top flat sheet on the bed. It currently came with a top comforter so you are warm with it but cool without.

Very friendly personal. But it needs reminder. When you ask them to prepare spa (sauna) do it not only beforehand but also 60 mins before, otherwise they turn it on just before your visit. Steam room didn't work. Shower in the spa area smelled. When you ask them to call a taxi/yandex for you, do it not only in advance but also 7mins in before you need to leave especially if you in a rush.

Booked for two days check in was terrible. They gave us a room when we tried to get in there was a person in the room. They gave us another room smelled stinky room. Next day at around 10 am someone tried to get into our room. We have decided check out early that day, asked for a refund they assured me payment will be refunded for one day with no problem. They said I am good to go today after four days I received an email with rejection for a refund. Stay away from this place 👎👎👎
