This hotel is brand new and absolutely spotless—everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The amenities are excellent. Staff are incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues, though they can occasionally be a bit importunate. Still, their eagerness to help comes from a good place. Special thanks to Muhammad, who arranged the airport transfers for my family and patiently answered all my questions. Truly appreciated!

One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in a very long time. Staff went above and beyond with very classy touches like wet towels and pomegranate juice served on arrival while you checked in. Hotel is in a great location near Amir Temur square. Rooms are incredibly new and clean and the shower was outstanding. This is the only hotel I would stay at on a return to Tashkent!
