This hotel is brand new and absolutely spotless—everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The amenities are excellent. Staff are incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues, though they can occasionally be a bit importunate. Still, their eagerness to help comes from a good place. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in a very long time. Staff went above and beyond with very classy touches like wet towels and pomegranate juice served on arrival while you checked in. Hotel is in a great location near Amir Temur square. Rooms are incredibly new and clean and the shower was outstanding. This is the only hotel I would stay at on a return to Tashkent!
