"The best kind of hotel. It was clean, it was quiet, it was simple, but well appointed, The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the check-in/checkout procedures were seamless.
I want to commend the efficiency and kindness of the man who worked at the front desk. The cleaning staff were awfully nice l
Luckily this hotel does not resemble the higher-end establishments in Tashkent, which look pretty much look like any higher end hotel anywhere,"

"Friendly staff, great service, and a clean, comfortable room. Just be careful with the location pin when coming here, as it can be confusing and easy to mix up with Ramada by Wyndham Tashkent. Overall, a pleasant stay! 😊"

"We were disappointed by the hotel staff’s unhelpful attitude. Although we paid for a room for two guests, only one person stayed. We requested a two-hour late checkout, but the staff were unwilling to accommodate our request or even listen to our concerns. We expected a more professional and considerate approach to guest service."
