"My boyfriend and I stayed at Ksar Anika for 3 nights, on our first trip to Marrakech. We loved the ambience of the riad (see photos) and appreciated how clean it was. All the staff were friendly and easy to speak with. A special mention to Younes (who has a wealth of knowledge about Morocco), Said (for bringing us breakfast with a smile) and Siham (who was kind enough to let us store our luggage for a few hours when we returned from Casablanca and needed to do some last minute shopping). The traditional Moroccan breakfast was lovely, with a slight variation on the soups/side dishes each morning. The coffees were also 👌. The riad is perfectly located; it is a 5 min walk to the Bahia Palace and a 15 min walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa. We would definitely stay again, if we returned to Marrakech!"

"Hotel inside is immaculately kept, however the outside is in a bit of disrepair, uneven and crack tiles everywhere. Reported our aircon three times and nothing done. Seems to be a common issue. Drinks are questionable, only 4/5 cocktails along with Rum, gin or vodka that’s it. Issued in tiny plastic disposable cups, although multiple posters around saying there a sustainable hotel. Entertainment team work hard to get everyone involved, however the acts are in our opinion still more directed around a family resort. Food was amazingly authentic which was the highlight of the stay."

"Règle générale cet établissement est bien. Nous avons toutefois eu un problème avec le coffre-fort dans la chambre qui n’ouvraient plus la veille de notre départ. Nous avons du mettre de la pression à la réception pour qui nous envoie le responsable qui demeure à l’extérieur de l’établissement…il est arrivé à 23:00 pour régler la problématique contenue que nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 6:00 a.m le lendemain matin. Nous avons trouvé aussi que l’entretien pourrait être beaucoup mieux à l’extérieur, il y à beaucoup de carrelage endommagé sur les trottoirs."

"C’est naturellement l’emplacement. Mais, du coté de la salle de bain, c’est désuet. Une douche dans un bain et que le pommeau de douche ne peux fournir assez d’eau pour te laver correctement. L’air conditionné devrait être changer, ca fait beaucoup de bruit pour rien. Par contre, le lit était confortable mais pas les oreillers."
