Was a little bit too hot in room & you couldn't open the windows any further due to the restraint at the bottom of the window. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. "Good comfortable bed and spacious room/suite. Staff friendly and tried to be helpful. Not so good, allocated wrong room type, corrected when raised with the hotel. Correct room had very obvious damage which no attempt had been made to repair, when raised was told no other rooms available with an apology."
