Reserve una habitación con balcón ( más cara que una sin balcón) y la habitación no tenía. En recepción nos dijeron que no tenían más. Que no podían hacer nada.

Sehr sauberes Hotel.

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Einige sprachen sogar Deutsch. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, direkt am Strand. Zum Zentrum fuhr direkt ein Bus vor der Tür ab. Diesen haben wir allerdings nicht benutzt, wir hatten lieber das Hotel eigene Taxi genommen, da wir zu 5 Personen waren. Der Preis hierfür war in Ordnung. Die Fahrtzeit beträgt ca. 15 Minuten. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Das Mittag- und das Abendessen kann gegen einen fairen Aufpreis gebucht werden. Es ist sehr zu Empfehlen. 👍Ganz besonders die marokkanischen Spezialitäten. Zu guter Letzt nochmal vielen Dank, besonders an Abdellouahid, Gemmah, Mokhtar und Taxi Abdejlil und netten Chef.

nous avons decouvert un hôtel ou l'acceuil est agréable mais rien d'autre le studio que nous avons etait spacieux avec une belle vue sur la mer mais le studio etait vieux pas entretenu , la piscine sale et privatisé pour des personne aprés 19h , nous avons passées une nuit et nous nous sommes sauvés , située loin de tanger pour les balades du soir on les restaurants.

When we got there at midnight the staff had no record of our reservation. We did not get the room we paid for. We got two timing single beds and not one double bed. Book The Room With an Ocean View and they give us a parking lot View

Fuyez!..

Je vous ai déjà écrit à ce sujet. Il nous a fallu attendre 15 minutes pour que la réservation soit validée(coup de fil) l'hôtel est dans un état lamentable et repoussant ne correspondant pas au descriptif que vous en donniez, même Internet ne fonctionne pas vous pouvez imaginer le reste et ne mérite même pas la somme payée avec la nuit gratuite. Pour votre image retirez cet hôtel de votre liste.
