"They were grossly understaffed it took two hours after check in time to get my room due to not being cleaned yet. Restaurant was completely booked due to having limited staff and bar was supposed to serve food but cut it off at 6:30 pm due to staff "

"In my bathroom it was rusted around the pipes, toilet handle, trash can….. I had to walk alone in the dare quite a ways to park… I would not ever stay here again nor would I recommend this resort….. And strange $10.00 charges on my bill that I still have to call and check on!!!! Very unimpressed!!! "

"The indoor hot tub was cloudy and lukewarm on my arrival. Guests already in the tub were disappointed too. I was charged a daily resort fee. The WiFi in room didn’t work. Faulty router. Texted and was “talking” to 4 people via chat. Was promised they were working on problem. Told they would change my room nothing happened. Upon check out refused to pay and was re-imbursed for resort fee. Will see if I actually get the credit card credit."

"The room was clean however the Waterpark was not attached to the room buildings also nothing was included with the room purchase except the Waterpark. It appears to be an old super 8 type hotel that they went in and but in New decor in the rooms. "
