インフィニティプールが良かったです。 ビーチは藻が多く海水浴にもシュノーケルにも適していなかったですが、人が少ないのでゆったり海岸沿いを散歩したりリラックスするには最高でした。 今までタモンにしか泊ったことが無かったのですが、こちらのホテルはタモンにはないゆったりローカルな雰囲気。それがとても良かった。 シャワーの温度が不安定だったりタオルが部屋になかったり（フロントに言えば持ってきてくれます）アメニティが乏しかったりしますが、それらをひっくるめてローカルなリゾートと割り切って楽しめる方にはお勧めです。

何度も宿泊していますが、スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで、レストランの料理はリーズナブルで美味しいです。水、金、日がライブが演奏され、夕陽を見ながらライブは最高でした。 またホテルプールサイドのダイビングスクールの日本人ご夫婦も親切でダイビング、SUP,フィッシング、なんでも料金は安くて親切です。 My most favorite Hotel.

口コミを読んでから行った為、想像はついていました。外観はピンクで可愛いが、部屋はドライヤーなし Wi-Fi使えない(フロントに言って別のWi-Fiを教えてもらったがそれも使えず) シャンプーリンス無し タオル交換なし(フロントに言ったら貰えた) ホコリは多く虫が出る テレビは分厚いアナログ スタンドライトはボロボロ 外にあるプールは汚れていてとても入る気にならない ホテル内にある売店は現金のみ　など。潔癖でなく寝るだけなら許容範囲です。あまり期待しないでいくことをオススメします。しかし目の前がビーチなのは景色がよく良い点です。1階の部屋だったので窓からビーチは見えませんでした。(遊泳してる方はいませんでした) 空港からホテルまでタクシーで約25ドルでした。

Service is so poor I went up and down with my 2 luggage’s because they can’t get the room keys correct! At one point they gave me a key and someone was still in it. The room they gave me was so dirty and the door will not lock without slamming it. Staff don’t care there the pool was so dirty there is dirt or mildew at bottom of the pool being alone the water was black. I will not stay or recommend that place!!!

5泊だったのでコストを抑えるためにサンタフェを選びました。日程的に4泊分しか取れずでしたが後にキャンセルが出たので1泊を新たに取りました。 部屋も可もなく不可もなく。建物自体が古い。シャワーが弱い。電気が間接照明のみ。テレビのチャンネルが少ない。などはありましたが、お値段を考えるとまぁこんな物かなと。変な予約の取り方になってしまい、1度チェックアウトし、そのまま同日チェックイン。そして、同じランクの違う部屋で取られてましたが、そのまま続けて使えるように部屋を調整して頂けました。荷物をまとめずにゆっくりさせて頂けました。そして外、廊下でも気さくに挨拶してくれとても対応が良かったです。とてもとにかく繁華街から離れている事もあり、夜は静かでした。枕カバーにシミがあり、伝えたら直ぐに新しいの物に変えて頂けました。 総合的に値段相応かなと。

ホテルに電気がなく、夜はベッド横とテーブル上の小さな電気だけでした。また年季がすごく入ってる感じで、床などもあまり綺麗ではなかっです。ポットもなく、お湯が欲しい時は、受付かレストランまで貰いに行かないといけませんでした。オーシャンビューなのはとてもよかったです。

グアムへの再訪

前回もそうだったけど、中途半端に安いホテルに泊まると、値段相応で結果的に不満いっぱいで終わる。 アメニティは最低限で、コンディショナーは使いかけと思われるものがあったり、タオルはバスタオルだけで不十分。 朝食は場所は良い。量はあるけど油っこくて質は悪い。

Granted, this property is privately owned, but as much as the rooms cost, I would have thought this place would be better kept. On the positive side, the outside breakfast area has a great beach view and a fine breakfast; but that's where it stops. Our room was anything but comfortable: from the filthy looking carpet, the AC that blew cold air no matter what we set the thermostat to, the shower that dribbled water, and hot flashes like everyone was flushing their toilets and a bed that we could feel the springs through. Oh, and our "garden view" room that overlooked the trash and jet ski maintenance shop. Not nice. and never again.

When I checked in they sent me to a room with BLACK MILDEW / MOLD on the ceiling by the AC vent. It was very noticable. I went downstairs and asked to change rooms and the front desk agent was not very sympathetic or apologetic at all - as if this isn't a major health concern. The next day two male "maintenance" workers (no ids) walked right into the room I was in. They had been fixing it, they explained. Yes, the AC was leaking. Yes, I had the "Do not distrub" on the door. As a female that pretty extra freaky. They seemed freaked out too as it was clearly a mistake, but still. Again, mentioned it to the front and they didn't seem to see my concern. I certainly wont be staying there again and wouldn't recommend to anyone - black stuff in the air ducts is probably a major health concern that someone should do something about besides just painting over. Yuck.

Too filthy to stay.

The hotel looked great in the photos, but when we got there, we noticed how run down, not clean at all. The wi-fi was so slow, it was useless, the room was not cleaned, we found hair in the bathroom, in the stained bed sheets and pillow case, so we had to call house cleaning service before going to bed. The ceiling was leaking, making the part of the room and carpet wet and stink. I booked a room for a family of three, but they only provided two pillows and two towels. When I asked for extra pillow, the staff mentioned there maybe an extra charge. Many things, including ice machine, elevator, was not working. We asked about the location of museums etc., since where was no we-fi, they had no idea, and were not very helpful.The location was great, and it could be a great place to stay if the owner kept it up, maintenance and clean it, provide decent wi-fi connection (or let customers know ahead of time, so they can rent a pocket wi-fi), etc.
