"Our stay was just ok. The bath toiletries were not good. Shampol didn't suds up good. The most disappointing was the breakfast. Waffles was the only good food. The egg patty, sausage, biscuits and gravy was cold. The coffee was like dish water . The eggs were like ice in the middle. Do they take temperatures ? Room was clean and bedding was soft."

"I liked having a place to eat next door that stayed open all night. I would get in late and didn’t have to drive anymore for the day."

"Everything for the most part was great. However the one of the beds were broken. Someone was supposed to come take a look at it, never showed up and I couldn’t get moved to a new room due to it being sold out. No towels were in my room an to go ask for some at the front desk. "

"Pros: Hotel over all was nice. Located in a quiet area off the highway but still close to shopping, food and entertainment. Quick drive to Busch Gardens for the day. Most of the staff was very friendly. Cons: Came back from a day at the parks and out room door was propped open with deadbolt. We shut if when we left. No housekeeping services were done either. Luckily nothing was missing. Told the front desk gentleman and he was very dismissive and somewhat rude. The pool seems to be the property smoking lounge which made swimming with our kids unenjoyable. For the price I would expect a little higher quality and customer service."

"The room was roach infested. We caught some and handed over to reception. Also had bed bugs and had to sit up until we could move on the next day. A full refund shoul be given"
