False Advertising, Disappointed isn’t the word

where do I start, it smelled like cigarettes upon my arrival. To add insult to injury they had ants in the main bedroom and the kitchen which I made them aware of and all they said they would do was disinfect and give me a partial on my cleaning deposit. Completely disingenuous on customer service and overall support. It’s really a dated property and they had a fire extinguisher inspection on top of that whereby constant knocking on the door occurred. This isn’t the property as advertised and should be appropriately priced similar to a hostel. You will experience constant beeps in the unit as well which will disturb your sleep unless you can sleep through it.
