"The room was very nice, but the staff were the best. The concierge (Ishaq) was absolutely brilliant, helping me to sort out my ongoing travel arrangements and keeping an eye out to make sure everything went according to plan. The location is fine once you realise you are within easy walking distance of Little Mount metro station so you can explore any part of the city you want to from there (using metro and trains if you prefer that to cars, which I do personally). The local streets have some little eateries that are accessible and nice for dosas and other dishes that are served hot so ok for foreigners who can be ‘sensitive’ to local street food. Only thing I would have liked is a quiet place to have a beer at the end of the day - the bar was a bit noisy for me. The breakfasts I highly recommend - absolutely delicious, great service & reasonably priced. Also good to see staff hired from very diverse backgrounds, including people with different abilities. I will stay again. "

"As a Malaysian Tamil, traveling to Chennai with my family for prayer and leisure was very special, and our stay at Pullman Chennai Anna Salai made it even more memorable. The hotel is brand new, with a stunning modern interior and spotless cleanliness. I loved the signature hotel fragrance from the moment we entered to the toiletries used it created beautiful memories. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff service. From car arrival to every interaction, we felt warmly welcomed and personally cared for, including help arranging transport when needed. Breakfast was excellent, especially the South Indian spread, which my parents enjoyed in such a luxurious setting. Because of this wonderful experience, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai from Malaysia 🇲🇾 "

"Brand new hotel with high end amenities. A total of 23 rooms available. We stayed in a quadraple room with one single bed and one king bed. Interior designs are top notch. The golden colour gate and golden colour elevator is matched with the hotel name. The location is very strategic. Not far from most of the key places like the US consulate, Marina beach, Temples, Shopping places, Amusement Parks etc. Breakfast was given from an outside restaurant but the quality was good. Car parking space is very limited (2-3 only). As per our experience a few areas of improvement required like a couple of chairs in the room needed, dustbin in the toilet wasn't there, poor towel quality (full of lints), shampoo quality was not good, Hand towel ring beside basin is needed, hangers were not provided though the rod was given inside cabinet, also shelves for keeping items were limited especially if you're traveling with full family and staying for long duration. Those small issues can be fixed easily. I wish them great success in their Business. Due to metro rail work, roads/lanes are closed nearby and roads are bit messy. But the overall experience was great, highly recommended."
