Wonderful stay at The Leela Palace Chennai. Beautiful property, spacious rooms, excellent food and, most importantly, exceptional hospitality. The staff were warm, courteous and attentive throughout. I stayed in Goa Leela Palace. This is the first time I spent a couple of days in Chennai Leela Palace. Amazing accommodation, spacious rooms with great views and facilities. Buffet breakfast and dinner with variety choices of foods. One can walk and around the dining hall looking for different cuisine. My only suggestion out of observation was that the Tamil Nadu cuisine taste wasn’t top notch for some reason. Don’t mistake me, they have many varieties but the taste wasn’t to my liking. Not a compliment but a suggestion. By the way, I left the hotel in the early hours and I noticed that all the new guests were given welcome drinks and were greeted with flower garlands. I missed that reception on my arrival but no worries.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in the world. The hotel is simply stunning! Beautiful deco and clean. It has a beautiful ambiance. Right down to lighting, cushions and furniture everything has been thoughtfully curated. The hotel room was spacious and clean. Loved the ocean view from the room. Even has ocean view from the bathroom which was nice. What makes this hotel special was the service. Staff are amazing and the best asset of the hotel. The level of attention, kindness, respect and thoughtfulness of the staff is what makes this a great stay. They were so thoughtful that on the day we were leaving at 6am, they had packed us breakfast complete with hot coffee and orange juice. From arrival at the airport till our departure, the hotel staff was just outstanding complete with airport transfers and helping with security and immigration.Food at Spectra and Royal Lounge Club was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai. Can’t wait to go back!
