"The hotel is absolute chaos and stay away from it. We had a 15 hours flight and they did not let us in with our Hotels.com booking. The explanation is rooms were fully booked and they did not receive the itinerary. Surprisingly they have rooms available for us to buy them at hotel. We don’t understand why they don’t sort our original booking. The rooms and toilets are appalling. The Air conditioner did not work properly. We did not found one thing that worked as per description. So disappointed."

"this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe "

"The property is nice, however it was unclean, the sheets were stained, the room were not cleaned properly, there were cigarettes buds on the floor. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. The shower was not working. The lift does not work. The staff is not professional and lacks customer service experience. This property needs an overhaul and better support staff. "

"Rooms were pretty small. No proper response from the support staff. Beds were horrible and could sense the spring when sitting on bed. Water were leaking in toilets, roaches found too. I will not recommend this place anyday."
