"Lovely clean rooms with a nice sized restroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Our room included a large outdoor area with table and chairs that our children enjoyed. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of options for the whole family."

"For me it was a terrible experience, they didn't change the bath towels, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, there was no soap for bathing, in short, I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it, terrible accommodation"

Be aware that rooms on the river side is more expensive and that you have to ask for this when you book your room. on the back rooms you may get some noise from the cafes and other stores there. There is no ref. in the room. AC is great but with little noise. Breakfast is Ok and not the best that you could get."

The bathroom and the area under the kitchen sink had a strong mould smell, and there was visible black mould on the shower caulking and even around the bathroom towel hook. The shower also did not drain properly, which caused water to back up onto the bathroom floor. "We loved our stay at Peneda ecofarm. It is well located for walks in the National Park and only an hours drive from Porto's airport. There are several natural river pools to swim in with in a 30 minute drive of the accomodation. Which we were directed to by the owners. Our room was modern and fresh with a lovely balcony. The air conditioning was great for night time. The breakfast and evening meals were carefully prepared and delicious with fantastic local vino verde. The local town of Ponte...

"there was nothing we liked... the foto made one think it was in a green location. it was sqeezed in between other hotels, on a very steep hill, very narrow street reception is in bmt. staff was unfriendly, room was like a cell, window opened untoa roof and walk way, so we could not sleep w. open window... address is wrong, the place is in Geres which is a town 27 km further east, we had to backtrack after we got to the town that is noted on the reservation, which is act. the district...
