The hotelroom was old and a little bit dirty. Location was excellent and free parking. Maybe again if the room is more modern and clean.

Parking lot far away (no unloading zone for car), didnt really know where to park or where to find the reception. Had to wait for someone to come to the reception, nobody answered when we tried to call. SPA area was not available, pool and jacuzzi were old and empty. Beds were terrible and there was no airconditioning or even airflow in the room - it was hot even outside was under 20c. It feels that the hotel is a bit forgotten and not up to date. Beach was amazing and the outdoors.

The building and room had humidity issues. The smell was terrible, my skin was itchy and my throat was blocked during the stay. Otherwise the room was nice and the location was excellent 👌staff was nice and I felt welcomed and safe during my stay.

Dirty room, worn-out furniture – not recommended

Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty with sand everywhere, the toilet was not clean, the sofa had several burn marks, and the mattresses were completely worn out. Overall, the place felt neglected and uncomfortable. Definitely would not return.

Hidden fees and low quality amenities

Hotel was dirty and old. Room smelled bad. Full of hidden fees like: Pool cost 10€, loungechairs 10€, new towels 10€. Pool area was dirty and didn't have clear opening hours. Also hotel towels not allowed to take to the pool or the beach. The only nice thing was that the pool was heated.

My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE.

Pro: The beach right in front of your eyes Cons: Terrible management, our room was ice cold and when bringing this up with the receptionist she said its because of the wind and didnt offer any solution. It was 15 degrees outside and they had no idea how to heat their building. After being ignored with the problem twice, and saying we would then cancel the booking, they suddenly found a radiator. Guys, your hotel is located in Tallinn, not Madrid, you need heating in summers. The "terrace" to the beach is a public terrace right in front of your window with now privacy at all Some very unpleasant, loud, strong smelling Co-guests The walls are thin and the doors loud, so you hear every movement and snoring of your neighbours Kitchen very poorly equipped, no pan and no oil. Cleanliness and hygiene were poor, the floor was dirty when we arrived and one chair had a sticky (chocolate) stain Summary: if you want to relax at the beach, go somewhere else

Viroon tutustumista autolla. Hotellin alueella oli hyvin ilmaista parkkialuetta ja palveluita kohtuu lähellä. Hiekkaranta oli todella upea ja ulkoilumahdollisuudet lähialueella hyvät.

Suosittelen välttämään tätä kohdetta!

Huoneisto oli nuhjuinen ja palvelu ala-arvoista. Hotellin respan nuori herra oli erittäin tyly jopa ilkeä. Huone suht puhdas mutta kylpyhuoneessa laattojen saumoissa hometta ja roskiksia ei oltu tyhjennetty. Sängyt ja tyynyt erittäin epämukavat ja muhkuiset, huoneen tuoli rikki. Ilmastointia ei lainkaan joten huone oli kuin sauna. Huoneeseen kuului kovaäänistä melua, musiiikka ja yläkerrasta pomppimista aamuyöhön asti. Epämukavaa oli myös kun rannanpuolen terassilla joka myös kulkuväylä asukkaat joivat, tupakoivat ja söivät omia eväitään käyden hyvin äänekästä keskustelua ryhmiensä kanssa ja kännykässä. Lapset ja aikuiset pomppivat uima-altaalla joten sinne ei voinut mennä. Parkkipaikka piti olla ilmainen ja olikin mutta vain portin ulkopuolella. Se oli kuitenkin aivan täysi koska rannelle menijät käyttävät parkkialuetta. Hintaan EUR 15 / vuorokaisi sai parkkeerata portin sisäpuolelle mutta ensimmäiselle yölle sitä ei myyty vaan selitys oli ainoastaan, että ei voi myydä vaikka maksullinen alue ammotti tyhjyyttä. Respassa harvoin henkilö ja kyltissä puhelinnumero josta ei vastattu tai vastattiin venäjäksi ja sitten luuri korvaan. Ranta oli upea mutta valitettavasti majoitus järkyttävä enkä tule koskaa menemään sinne takaisin. Kaikki toimi pääsääntöisesti venäjäksi. Järkyttävä kokemus ja suosittelen välttämään. Harmi, sillä alue on rannan ja luonnon osalta erittäin upea mutta huoneistohotelli oli valitettavasti aikamatka itään.

Pieni pettymys

Paikka mainostaa pysäköintimahdollisuutta. Käytännössä parkkipaikan vie lämpimänä aurinkoisena päivänä muut rannalle tulijat, eikä majoituspaikalla ole varattuna mitään parkkipaikkoja, vaikka olisit etukäteen ilmoittanut tarpeesta. Huoneessa mainostetaan olevan kahvinkeitin, ei ole. Mitään spa-osastoa ei ollut käytettävissä, joten ei kannata turhaan ottaa uimapukuja mukaan.

Ruhig gelegene Anlage direkt am Strand. Im Haus wohnen auch Personen fest zur Miete. Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, groß und sauber. Alte Einrichtung, aber zweckmäßig. Nachteil: unfassbar heiß und direkt das Fenster zum Weg. Supermarkt fußläufig

Hukattuja mahdollisuuksia

Hotellissa on täydellisen upea merinäköala ja huoneesta suora yhteys uima-altaalle ja hiekkarannalle. Kiva huone omalla keittiöllä. Mutta ... Huonetta ei siivottu kertaakaan 3:n yön vierailulla ja ilmastointi ei toiminut vuosisadan hellejakson aikana. Lapset metelöivät altaalla lähelle puoltayötä ilman että henkilökunta olisi puuttunut asiaan millään lailla.

Good access to beach, balcony and pool. Pool closes somewhat early at 22:00; could management consider extending to 23:00? No large dinner plates in the apartment!
