"They gave our suite away and had to downgrade to a standard room. Three burned out lights. Phone didn’t work so couldn’t call lobby. Would not recommend. "

"The room was fantastic, spacious, clean, which made me and my wife have a amazinf stay. Went to have time with my wife for 15 year anniversary. I would recommend this hotel. The only negative thing I have to say is if your looking for a tub to fit you and your partner, i didnt get that."

"When I tried to check in the Motel 6 receptionist could not find my reservation in their system. They blamed it on Hotels.com. Their suggestion to resolve the issue was to contact Hotels.com, cancel the original reservation, and book another reservation at a higher rate. I did not feel comfortable doing this, nor could I afford to spend more money and wait 7-10 business days for my refund to post. I made my original reservation and paid im good faith that I would have a room. Fortunately the representative with Hotels.com helped me get a room at another hotel at no extra cost to me. "
