"The front desk and lobby staff were very friendly, professional and helpful although Mandarin is not my first language. They were always on hand to provide assistance readily and answer my inquiries. The rooms were also very well-cleaned and the cleaning staff also greet guests with a cheerful disposition. The only downside perhaps was I felt the indoor bath temperature was a bit too hot for me."

"It's been over 13 years since I last stayed at this hotel. It is still as good as I had remembered it. The room was a bit smaller than the one I stayed in last time. But other than that, no complaints. My family and I had two meals here and enjoyed both. Only thing that would make it more convenient, would be if there was a convenient store downstairs. "Free mini bar is a nice touch. However, the lighting in hotel lobby and the room could be a little brighter. I found it difficult to see well. All in all the hotel and its location are great, clean and convenient. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet is generous and delicious. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel immensely."
