Clean well laid out indeed efficient room. the shower was actually a shower room with a small stool and bucket, to wash Japan onsen style. room was very well soundproof. the location is very Central and close to an MRT stop. the breakfast buffet had extensive Taiwanese and Western options.

Great location, nice facilities

The hotel was nice and clean, pretty nice overall. They had free bottled water in the halls, which was really nice. The only thing that bothered us was the hard mattress, but we still slept just fine. The breakfast buffet is pricey, but it was a fun cultural experience! The location was really nice for public transit as well.

Room was a decent size, very clean. Great location, a short walk to both the blue and yellow metro lines at Zhongxiao Xinsheng station and also close to the Huashan 1914 creative park.

The location is convenient. It’s two-minute walk from the metro station. There’re three convenience stores downstairs and an alley of food stalls when coming out from the back. 5-10 minute walk to many of the famous restaurants and cafe in Taipei.

日本の会社が運営しているだけあり、スタッフは日本語完璧ですし、部屋の設備も日本ライクです。トイレバス別だし、ウォシュレットもちゃんとあります。日本人の宿泊客もたくさんいますし、リーズナブルなので、日本人には大変オススメです。 またホテルのそばに小さな飲食店が立ち並ぶ通りがあったり、ビルの真向かいに朝食にちょうどいい店があったり、食事の面から見てもなかなか良いです。 機会があればまたぜひ利用したいです。 Since this hotel is operated by a Japanese company, the staff speak perfect Japanese and the room facilities have a Japanese hotel style. The toilet and shower-bathroom are separate, and of course there’s washlet(bidet toilet). There are so many Japanese guests that you can feel safe and the price is reasonable, so I highly recommend this hotel for Japanese travelers. There is a street lined with small restaurants near the hotel, and a nice place for breakfast right across the building, so it’s also quite good for who want to enjoy local foodsl. I would definitely like to stay here again if any chance.

Nice hotel

Great service and ambience. Room size was adequate. Love how the hotel supplies large bottles of water for free that can be easily retrievable in the hallway and a 'real' & clean water kettle (not a coffee maker that spits out coffee tasting water!). Bathroom japanese style but a good size with toilet seat outside of bathing area. Cleaning schedule every other day while towels exchanged and garbage cleaned daily. Different lights in the room, including the reading lights came in handy. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only improvement areas: more space for hanging clothes needed; floors could vacuumed better; cleaners should be mindful not to use the same gloves to touch clean linen after changing the garbage can bag. Overall, great service and experience. Strongly recommend hotel!

Comfortable and clean stay.

Great stay. Very clean room and it was nice to have a Japanese style shower and toilet. We loved the self-serve laundry. The beds were a little harder that we would like but overall comfortable. The buffet was a little bit sparse.

The check-in was smooth. The staff were all very polite at the front desk. (5 stars) The room is leaning on the small size compare to the other similar grade hotel. Room was clean and the cleaning staff were all very polite and professional (4.5) stars. Breakfast buffet offering was very standard. Not the best. There was one day out of the 5 days that most of the food selections were empty or almost empty. We can only say that they refill the food very slowly and most of the breakfast period towards the last hour were empty. When we asked staff to refill, they were all very grumpy and unhappy. Some staff was also impolite as if it was the customers' fault asking for food where there is still one hour left for breakfast. We try to complain to the manager of the restaurant just to find out that the manager has day off on that day. We end up go to the front desk to ask for the duty manager and also to find out the duty manger is not on duty till noon. (LOL). On that morning, we were all pretty upset. (Breakfast and food) 2.5 stars)

The hotel location is very good. It's a block away from the metro station. We took the metro from the airport to the hotel with ease. There are convenience stroes and plenty of dining options. There is a mini night market just a block away from the hotel. The staff was very helpful. They arranged a car service for us when we were ready to go to Keelung for our cruise. There is a self service laundry available. The room was comfortable. I would stay here again, if I ever go back to Taiwan.
