"Very clean and beautiful hotel with an excellent location. Access to trains and Senso-ji Temple less than 5 minutes away. The bed was a bit hard, but that’s a personal preference. Would definitely stay here again. They provide amenities you may need including pajamas (which were very comfortable by the way).Thank you Asakusa View Hotel! We hope to see you again soon."

"Cleaning staff were excellent. They always made sure we had ample supply of linen for bathroom and trash was collected daily. Mandatory cleaning of room every 3 days. Concierge service very helpful too to find transportation route to certain areas of city. I did not care for self check in as there is no staff at counter altho there is someone to assist at check in at automated machines. Rooms were small and tight even for single traveler but okay enough to fit my large and medium size luggage. "

"Everything was excellent, can't really complain. Elevators were quite busy I suppose, but it was also Sakura season, busiest time of the year. I really enjoyed the location, in fact it was tucked just east of the major congestion areas, right next door to a massive arena (got to see Japan wrestling), and connected with a 2 minute walk to Ryogoku station - it was actually quite nice. Highly recommend if you want a spot where you can get anywhere quick, and also calm and tucked in a calm city area. Also, lots of food choices nearby tucked into Ryogoku's south side - loved it. "

"The KOKO HOTEL Residence Asakusa Kappabashi was an excellent choice for our stay in Tokyo—especially in terms of value for what you get. The room was surprisingly well-equipped, with a kitchenette, in-unit washer/dryer, and a comfortable dining setup that made it feel more like a small apartment than a hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. The amenities really stood out for the price point. Having an elevator, convenient luggage storage, and English-speaking staff made the experience seamless and stress-free, particularly as international travelers. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. Several train stations are within a 5–10 minute walk, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel is also within walking distance to plenty of shopping, restaurants, and popular attractions in Asakusa. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the Tokyo Skytree, which added a special touch to our stay. The surrounding neighborhood has a charming, traditional Japanese feel, offering a quieter and more authentic atmosphere compared to busier tourist hubs. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value with comfort, convenience, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo."

"Breakfast was great. It was so nice to not need to think about breakfast our first few days in the country. We also mingled with other travelers during breakfast. The location was easy to get to and from. The mattresses are firmer than we preferred, but were in good shape and hard mattresses seem to be the norm in Tokyo. The room size was as we expected and worked well for our group of 3 in our price range. The only negative item that came up unexpectedly was that the luggage forwarding couldn’t forward to a Yamato Transport location, only other hotels and airports. The move to our next location would have been much smoother if we’d known to plan time to take that portion of luggage to a nearby convenience store."
