Loved our stay at the Courtyard Sha Tin. We requested adjoining rooms which was brilliant. Our Double Rooms were spacious and well laid out. Very comfortable beds, and we appreciated the bathrobes and slippers. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, from Check in, concierge, breakfast, and housekeeping - all excellent. Really good choices at MoMo Restaurant for breakfast too. Cannot fault this Hotel, have recommended to others and will definitely return. Thank you!

Brilliant, very nice clean hotel with well mannered staff. A spa would’ve made this hotel a 10/10 :)

Clean room ,reliable polite service

Loved my stay here and definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool is warm, heated around 26-30 degrees (c). As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available. Location is great for access to MTR, Ladies market and shopping, and plenty of food options.

Deserves 6 stars. One of best 3 hotel stays in last 30 years. Rooms - spacious, clean, comfortable, great bathrooms. Excellent mattress, good pillows, soft duvet. Washer dryer in bathroom sounds odd but is actually quite useful. Quality coffee machine Food - lobby cafe in 19th is superb. Vfm tasty lunches and ala carte dinners. Buffets for the trealy hungry. This is an excellent budget stay, can't get better than this! They offer shuttle service, the rooms are big enough and clean, it is located by the water, etc.

We have a fantastic stay the staff were friendly and helpful, the pool looks great although I didn’t use it .

Overall an excellent hotel! Very well presented throughout, including the lobby, pool area and outdoor terrace bar. Our room was well equipped and came with a fantastic view of Victoria Harbour. Breakfast lacked choice for my liking and could be improved, but overall would recommend and stay here again.

Gorgeous pool and great services and great size room

We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. The room is clean and the shower room is spacious. The cleaning staff are friendly. Towels were changed and bed were made daily.

Quiet location with mountain and ocean views away from busy urban areas. But you can’t escape the motorways and faint rumble of traffic in the background. Lovely spacious room for Hong Kong hotel. Clean. Efficient and courteous staff. 5 minutes walk from a clean public beach. Great roast goose at Tsuen Wan! The main downside is having to travel an additional 10-15 minutes from Tsuen Wan MTR to the hotel on the free regular shuttle bus service. Otherwise a decent place to stay for a good price

Great location, 2 mins from MTR Clean and modern

This is a great hotel to stay when travelling to Kowloon. they serve a very good breakfast every morning, with both European and Asian choices. The location is brilliant, being only a 5 minute walk to the Star Ferry terminal, and minutes form great shopping malls , major stores, hundreds of eateries and many bars. I can’t think anything bad about this hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful, the service is indeed out of my expectations. The room is very spacious even we have 7 baggage, we still have plenty of space for 2 adults. The bed is very comfy as well. The swimming pool is well maintained and good size for exercise. The hotel is well located, metro is only within 10 mins walk, and there are many bus routes to cover most of the main area. There are many local foods and nice restaurants...

Stayed in Eaton for 16 nights. Staffs were lovely and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Will stay here again in the future.

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary .
