We absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Place. I have never met such hospitable people, the whole team were friendly, attentive & always going above & beyond for us. They helped us move rooms when we had noisy neighbours & helped with printing out our boarding passes. The breakfast was lovely, fresh every morning. The main attraction is for sure the swimming pool area & beautiful surrounding gardens, it feels so peaceful and they take such good care of the area. Looking out to the tranquil sea is an incredibly special feature of the property. Also a big shout out to Karim, Jamal, Hassan, Ghizlane, Brahim, Mohamed & Khadija! Love Jess & Evo x

Rightly dimensioned, friendly, clean and convenient buffet breakfast and dinner. Lovely pool and great views. Should however not be listed amongst the 5 stars, it is a level below. There is a spa but needs booking also to use the sauna/steam room. This is not make clear by Expedia. But overall a very pleasant stay and well done to all the staff.

Great stay at a family friendly resort. Awesome location for golf lovers and overall property is cozy with beautiful views. Check in was super easy and fast and Rachid (hotel manager) was extremely polite, professional and helpful. Breakfast included a delicious traditional Moroccan spread. **Fantastic Stay at Hyatt Taghazout**

Hyatt Taghazout exceeded all expectations! The stunning location, overlooking the ocean, provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered breathtaking views. The dining options were exceptional, with fresh, delicious meals at every turn. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the area, everything was top-notch. I can't recommend Hyatt Taghazout enough and can't wait to return!

The staff is amazing. It is not on the beach but I actually liked the vibe more than the other hyatt on the ocean. The pool food is terrible but the hotel buffet was great.

A beautiful looking hotel with a wonderful kids club but the food available in the evening was not child friendly. Our children woukd have been happy with chips and chicken nuggets but only local food was on offer. There are no local restaurants within walking distance either and uber or local food delivery services are not available.

Great views over the bay, excellent breakfast, good lunch options, didn’t try dinner. We stayed at one of the villas on the golf course. The pool was a bit cold there, but we could also use the main hotel pool. The staff were all very polite and helpful. We didn’t realise that the Hyatt Place was not part of Hyatt Regency, so while you can walk there (all downhill) in 10 mins or take a shuttle, you can’t use their facilities such as the spa and swimming pool. They have a really nice restaurant KM17 on the beach and particularly nice for Sunday lunch

Nice hotel, good breakfast and dinner options. My only complaint is the shower issue. They need to find a better shower system. There’s no reason why I need to place 5 bath towels on the floor to ensure that the shower isn’t leaking out onto the floor.

This is a really brilliant place to come and unwind, with faultless staff, amazing views, and well designed room (yay to not having key card slots). Everything is comfortable, the view perhaps the best in the region, and it is hard to leave. Mostly smoke free, even outside few people smoked, and you relax within moments of arrival. The location is stuck out the way, bigger water bottles, better toilet paper, balconies easier to open, and an outdoor hot tub would all be great additions, but this is miles ahead of most hotels in the region and makes the case that good hotels are better value than bad ones. Come for the views, stay for the service, and be grateful that whoever designed the hotel had stayed in them before.

Stayed at the Hyat place over the weekend for my sisters birthday and we loved it. Wasn’t too happy about the room we was first given however as we spoke to the staff they managed to get us another room the next day with an outstanding view. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was very clean and safe. Eveything was explained detailed and if we had any questions they were happy to help. The view from the balcony on the third floor was amazing it was a beautiful view with the whole of the hotel garden. We would defo recommend and will tell family and friends to stay here. Such a beautiful and lovely experience we had with them thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place and would recommend the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety for all. The pool was heated however on the first couple of days it was still cold. We complained to the manager and he had it rectified the next day! We enjoyed the snacks at the pool side bar. Staff were lovely and tried to help as much as they could as there is a language barrier. The reception staff were great especially when EasyJet lost my luggage! We would like to thank Mohammed, Majid and Ibrahim for all their help to make our trip enjoyable. Thank you.

The rooms were clean, the the pool was lovely, the hotel itself was in very good condition and the staff are very friendly. The food in the restaurant was not particularly good and the service was a little slow. The reception were very helpful and the concierge quick to respond to any requests. There is a lack of water on offer, only tiny bottles were provided, meaning it is possible to get very dehydrated. There is a lot of noise coming from the surrounding areas that unfortunately not a lot can be done about. The free roaming dogs are extremely load every night and their barking kept us up a lot!

Our family of four spent a glorious 7 days at this beautiful property. We rented a villa which was impeccable with stunning views of the mountains and sea. The grounds were so lovely and the staff was friendly and professional. We had daily maid service and complimentary waters delivered with fresh linens. We spent the mornings surfing and the afternoons by the pool (1 heated in January) soaking up the glorious sun. I had a massage at the spa which was amazing! I had debated booking the Regency by the beach but so glad we opted for this property and the Villa. The nightly sunsets overlooking the ocean were not to be missed. There is a foot path that takes you to the beach boulevard and we were able to walk to the Regency (ave 10 mins) and get a shuttle to Taghazout and Agadir. As mentioned by other guests the breakfast was incredible. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. I was able to find a few local restaurants that offered delivery which we utilized for dinners at the Villa. Also recommend World of Waves and DFrost in Taghazout. We cannot say enough good things about our visit and the management. We cannot wait to return on our next visit to Morocco:))
