While located far from most things, it makes for a quiet and safe place to stay there in Auburn WA. The hotel is extremely new (staff mentioned it opened two weeks ago) and clean. The rooms are very spacious.

It is a brand new extended stay hotel with very reasonable rates, but limited amenities. It has a nice kitchen area, but bring your own coffee pot, cups and dishes! The staff is friendly and helpful and it does have a small fitness room.

The property was very clean, the room had a funny smell like bleach had been used, wondered if someone had been murdered in the room. Thin walls and creepy people hanging out in the parking lot after dark. Would stay elsewhere next time.

This is a very basic property. It is new, fresh, and clean. It is very economical, and you get what you pay for. It has absolutely no frills, but everything you need for sleep. Be sure to pack your toiletries and any creature comforts as the rooms are sparsely stocked. But the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Would stay again.

The room was super clean (like brand new) and the bed was simple and comfortable. The one thing that surprised me is that there was no hair dryer in the room. Otherwise, everything was there for an overnight stay.

Perfect condition! It just opened a couple weeks ago and is very nice and clean. I loved that there's a microwave, stove top, and fridge to make and store food for longer stays! The only complaint I have is the walls are thinner, so in the morning I could hear someone playing music from their room. Other than that, I'd definitely stay again given the chance!

Super friendly staff at the desk! Brand new place, so might not be on your gps. Wasn't on mine. It's next to the former Hinshaws Honda. EXTREMELY NICE ROOMS! LOTS of outlets on all walls. Full size refrigerator! Huge microwave! Doors have trouble closing every time, but not really a problem. Breakfast is the only thing they don't offer, but none of the Woodsprings do. I'll definitely be staying here from now on when I hit Pacific Raceways.

Looking for a lower cost hotel in this area and this one was the most affordable. Newer building and great location to access the surrounding cities. We were warned that the amenities were sparse and packed accordingly so it wasn't a problem. The lack of even a plastic cup to take medications was a bit disappointing. A cheap ice tray in the freezer shouldn't be too much to ask either. TV was fine and refrigerator/freezer spacious. Stayed two nights so didn't test the capabilities of room service. Very clean. Slept well. Will stay again.

There were only two bath towels in the bathroom, no hand towels. The air-conditioning unit was not working properly no bath tissue. The bed was extremely uncomfortable very low to the ground. I think because it was a disabled room that we received which we did not ask for.

BASIC. Exchange your towels at desk. Take your garbage down. No dishes , coffee maker, or hair dryer. Use bathmat as hand towel... If you are moving and need something short term but have all your own stuff. Great. New - so it's clean and nothing is in disrepair. Close to freeways.

The room was on the small side but had everything I needed for a solo trip. A luggage stand would be a nice addition. There was a glitch when I checked in, the agent apparently forgot to finish registering me and when I tried to log into the wife my name was not found. This was rectified the following day. Overall: good value for the money.

Worst hotel stay in recent memory, but at least the folks at the front desk were nice. Insanely loud in the rooms from freeway noise. No coffee or any other amenities in the room whatsoever. Srsly: NO COFFEE. Like none at all. Anywhere in the hotel. There is nothing close to this place for food or beverage and I don't necessarily want to get up and drive somewhere just to grab a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. The towels in the bathroom are washcloth sized, and there are zero amenities in the bathroom. Zero. There's a nice kitchenette with a hot plate and microwave, but zero dishes zero glasses and not a fork or spoon to be found anywhere. What’s the point of a kitchenette that doesn’t come with a bowl, plate or spoon? This hotel is a joke. I wish I'd read the reviews before booking this. AVOID WOODSPRING.

À l’arrivée en fin de journée, l homme réceptionniste était particulièrement désagréable tout juste poli. La chambre avait une kitchenette mais sans rien aucun ustensiles de cuisine aucun équipement. Pas de café dans les chambres ni à la réception. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est neuf et la dame qui a fait le Check out était très gentille et serviable. L’hôtel pourrait être très bien, la chambre avait une belle vue mais il faut revoir l’organisation

The hotel is brand new so yes it was still clean although it had a strong “new construction smell” throughout. The hotel is very bare bones, there is no ice machine or even trays to make ice in the room with the fridge/freezer. They have shampoo and a bar of soap, no conditioner or lotion. They did not provide any hand towels. The room is basic, the mattress is very firm, pretty decent storage. Only a single night table on one side and the “desk chair” is a standard chair and not comfortable to actually work at. The parking was free and easy to find throughout the day. The staff locked us out of our room alleging we only paid for one night however we booked through Expedia, pay a check in and we gave a credit card at check in but yet because they didn’t know what they were doing we got locked out and had to be the ones to go to them to fix it. My credit card currently shows duplicate charges where they charged us both nights both times (at check in and again when they locked us out). There were electric vehicle charges in the side lot. The price was good and the location is right off the major roadway but honestly stay elsewhere if you can. The combination of everything and the inconveniences, it’s just not worth it.

The rooms are new, but had such a horrific smell that I could not stay there. I checked in around 8pm, and by 11pm I was packed up and at the front counter checking out. The staff was very polite and helpful, and saw that I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) so she could not offer a refund directly. I didn't ask for one but she offered. Unfortunately these rooms were cean and quiet, but I've never paid for a room and left because of such a strong odor but there is a first time for everything I suppose. Would be a great place maybe I a year when the smell has cleared out.

They have no coffee makers, pots, not even an ice bucket for the freezer or freezer trays or anything to use in the kitchens plus you have to purchase a coffee pot if you want one for your room. The beds look like something you would sleep in if you were a kid at a summer camp. Also they lied about items we know for a 100% fact were left in the room, which makes their staff untrustworthy.

The front desk lady was rude, even when they had messed up they did not own to it, we asked for more towels and they did not have any they were completely out, tell me how that happens in a hotel. She accused my son of not even having a roomy their, nothing is provided at this place. I will not ever stay at a motel like this
