Unfortunate this is the first time this has ever happened to us, and we have been staying at this property for over 25 years, even before it was a casino.

I Really think they need to have Microwave in room this is the reason i may not stay in future. your forced to eat out. when i could just use microwave for food i brought room was very clean and staff was great.
