"Incredibly accessible for those who need it. Tierney at reception was amazing! Ordered pizza to the room with ease via QR code which was super helpful to us being hard of hearing. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Could not recommend enough!"

"Parking very easy till we booked in and were asked to pay £14, this was not mentioned on the hotel advert with Expedia nor on the email confirming the booking. After some debate with reception the guy borrowed our phone to show us where it was, not under this hotel but scrolled down another half dozen pages and showed us it the parking charges in the general terms and conditions, while scrolling saw the booking charge had dropped by £20, so suggested they took the parking charge out of this,...

"The room was really spacious and clean. It was a little bit old as the carpet was a bit worn in places which was a shame. The pool area was nice and was well maintained. The breakfast was regularly stocked which was a bonus as some hotels are very slow at refreshing the breakfast! All in all, a nice hotel on beautiful grounds. Would stay again"

"Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

"No wi fi available. . Room basic, with bed ,1 plastic chair ,1 plastic stool no sofa. No amenities apart from a Kettle, no cups but were given.2 paper cups and t and coffee when asked at reception. 2 bath towels but no hand towels. Tiny bar of soap and 2 sachets of shower wash. Bed rock hard and very uncomfortable. When stripping bed in morning, to save cleaners a little time , discoverd why we were pulling at the quilt all night...it was a single quilt sideways in a king sized cover! ...

"This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."

"Staff were very welcoming and everything was spotless when we arrived. Booking in was easy. Room was very tidy and aired. The breakfast was delicious. The staff catered for everyone considering it was a very busy weekend. The food was fresh and plentiful. The only disappointment was the dinner menu but was adequate. We would use this Holiday Inn again when in the area. My family have used it each time as well. "

"When checking in, I was told I had been allocated a room in the adjoining building, which as someone who had just had spinal surgery, the extra walking didn’t suit me at all. After they found me a room in the main building, I discovered it had an extra 2 beds in it, which left not a lot of room space. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and I had to go down to the bar to get a coffee to take back to my room. Not good ! Bed was comfortable enough and tv worked. Best thing if the...
