"Made reservation through 3rd party. Office had no record of it when I was checking in. I had to show that my account was debited for the rental. Area is very crowded with RVs. Was greeted by campers yelling at me to slow down, even though I was doing the tmph speed limit. Not a good environment if you don't have an RV."

"After traveling for long hours I just needed a place to spend the night, when I arrived to this location I was told the elevators were not working and hasn’t been working for weeks. My mother which was in no position to be climbing stairs had to go up 3 floors. The property had garbage all up and down those stairs and garbage blocking the elevators. A mess"
