"Un seul élévateur en fonction, beaucoup beaucoup d attente, décevant"

"Most aspects were good, breakfast looked excellent though I didn't have time for it, room was well-appointed. It turned out to be easier to walk around to the parking garage from the hotel than to walk up a flight of stairs, using a code to enter the stairwell. Pillows were like rocks."

"The room was ok but not the best. I had a broken glass on the counter and if they had cleaned the counter it would have been seen ."
