"What an amazing experience! I am from the uk and stayed here one night making use of the spa, shisha lounge and dining room. I loved everything about this place. From the decor to the cleanliness, the experience was unreal. I would like to highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering coming here."

"The room was in unacceptable condition — damp and mouldy walls, a strong musty smell, broken sink, and leaking air conditioning. I complained and was moved to another room, but it also had a strong damp smell. I contacted Expedia about a refund but received no satisfactory resolution. I have photos documenting the conditions. Based on my personal experience, I strongly would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."

"El hotel es muy céntrico, limpio su personal es bien atento."

"They started doing construction at 8 in the morning. The sliding door doesn’t close, therefore u can hear all the outside noise"

"Clean, great location, and very friendly staff. Overall excellent for the price paid. Recommend and will stay again. "

"Hotel rooms was old and unhygienic"

"I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row. Unfortunately, I ended up with a bad case of food poisoning after eating there. Things went from bad to worse when I realized some of my personal items had been stolen. When I went to the manager, I expected a serious response,...

"All good"

"Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. "

"Stole my items when i left it there after checkout. Stole my pants and shirt. Also found bed bugs and ants in the bed. Help, police "

"Service was great but room was not standard condition!!"

"The service was good"

"This was our first time in Bangladesh and the hotel staff was very helpful and supportive. The hotel room and everything was excellent. The front desk staff were always available when we needed something. Overall, our experience was very good. Thank you !!"

" We booked a hotel based on what was shown on the website, but upon arrival, we were given a completely different hotel — Al Ebraj Hotel — which looks nothing like the photos on the booking site. They told us this is our hotel, but it does not match what we originally booked. Regards, M. Khan "
