Wonderful guests house in Katoomba

I recently stayed at a hotel in Katoomba and had a wonderful experience. The renovated room was very clean, modern, and beautifully presented, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the train station and close to the bus stop, which made it very convenient to reach all the Blue Mountains attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Katoomba.

Lovely period property. The room was very clean and the staff were excellent. The room would have benefited from blackout curtains that covered the entire window as there were bright lights outside the window. Also, light bled around the door as there were gaps under and it did not fully align with the door frame. I would stay here again as it was in a great location.

This hotel was in a great location. Directly across the streer from the Katoomba train station. There were many dining options within a short walking distance from the hotel. Our room was large and comfortable. We would recommend staying there for easy access, comfort, and friendly atmosphere.

This was my 2nd stay at Metropole and I was fortunate enough to nab one of the newly renovated rooms. It was beautifully styled and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The check in staff member, Yolande, was so welcoming. It's a gorgeous, unassuming hotel with great rooms and facilities. I highly recommend The Metropole to anyone traveling to the Blue Mountains. I'm looking forward to my next stay!
