"Personale gik i panik fordi vi tog en lille hund gennem døren fra havestuen og der var ingen skilt med adgang forbudt for hunde. Det var ikke muligt at bestille lidt at spise til aften da der var fester på hotellet. Vi havde ikke bestilt overnatning i strandhotellet, hvor prisen også var urimelig dyr i forhold til faciliteterne."

"Our booking confirmation said that there were 4 beds included. Even though I had this on paper they denied this was the case. So I even ended up having to pay for an extra bed. It is NOT ok to advertise and confirm a service that is then not included and they charge extra. There was a lot of noise from the street until late night and early morning. Overall a very unpleasant stay."
