"Re staff: We arrived Sunday late afternoon and when we pulled up to the front, there appeared to be no valet, There was an employee leaning against the wall by the front door, but he did not approach the vehicle at all. We had to walk inside to find out from the front desk that that there was in fact valet service and that the person outside should have greeted us at the vehicle. I had a VP guest and a well travelled guest in from the US who was taken back by the lack of customer service...

"We had an amazing stay."

"Ac and heater was not working properly at all . It was either too hot or too cold , too loud too! The bathroom sink was plugged"

"Rooms were great"

"The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable and the blankets/comforters were very warm. It was very cold the first night so we did have a fire and watched a late night movie. It was great. It felt like home. The location could not be more perfect. It was just across the street from the village. A 5 minute walk yet quiet. We have always stayed in hotels. I wont be doing that anymore. The price was more than fair. If there is anything I would change or add...

"Nice trip away to rest and relax. The property is a bit dated and needs some style and a coat of paint. The blanket in the room(in the closet) was quite dirty with stains and fluff. It needed a good wash. I appreciate the kitchenette: microwave stovetop coffee tea sink fridge! The staff were pleasant. Queenie checked me in quickly and I was able to try the restaurant at hotel for the fix price lunch meal (7.5/10) I had a spa 1hr aqua path which was quite nice. The girl who checked us into...

"Beautifully renovated. Quiet. Lots of room. Not far from the village. Will definitely be back."

"Kitchen is spacious and has all the utilities you need to cook and have a nice dinner home. They have salt and pepper. They have board games, tennis rackets and balls to play tennis right outside. We were able to watch Netflix. Very clean place with a nice mountain view. This place is great for couples to have a nice escape to relax and enjoy what blue mountain has to offer."
