The roomwas beautifully appointed, the amenities were good, and Roshd our room housekeeper was excellent. Each day he made designs on our beds with towels and flowers and made sure we had waters. The wait staff at the restaurants were good too. SADAMAat check out was very good

Lovely

We only stayed here for 1 night on the way back to Amman from Wadi Rum. I loved the Dead Sea mud by the beach that you could apply. The floating experience was great too as was the buffet breakfast and evening meal

The staff were welcoming and helpful.. pools were clean and easy to access. Overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, the drinks weren’t as expected at the pool bar and the parking was almost full due to people not sticking to their parking spaces.

Great place for families. The family room is very spacious and comfortable. Multiple pools to choose from. The buffet for breakfast and dinner is the best option in my opinion as well as the lounge. Food at 393 was not too good.

Very nice place with super spacious family room. The pools are fine, but it could have been good if just one of them was deep enough for diving in - they are 1.3-1.4 metres deep. Good and easy access to the Dead Sea. Buffet was very nice and at a good price - 38 JDs for the whole family.

It seems that not much has been renovated in the hotel and it seems partly quite old, but at the same time very comfortable and clean. Friends and helpful staff, nice Beach and Pool area (even if some Parts were closed during our stay), great breakfast with wide range of food offered. We enjoyed our stay very much. Recommended to get a rental car as there is not much around the hotel.

We had a great stay, particularly due to the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. However, the hotel swimming pool was under construction, so the main pool was closed, and I was not informed of this beforehand we could hear the construction the minute we got to the room as we were partial sea facing. We also tried lunch at the hotel, which was absolutely terrible (we have already provided feedback about this to them), so we decided to skip dinner at the hotel and eat at a restaurant outside instead. Overall, it’s a good hotel with functioning facilities, and it offers good access to the Dead Sea, despite being small.

My niece and I stayed at your hotel in July (19-23rd) for 5 nights and had a wonderful time, thanks mostly to the incredible hospitality of the staff. They are all attentive, helpful and kind but I would like to specifically mention the receptionist Mohammed and give our sincere thanks. Mohammed not only upgraded our room on arrival (the room I originally wanted but was not available at the time of my booking), but he also aided us with every query we had swiftly and efficiently. He also set up an in-house bespoke chauffeur service for us, with a wonderful driver Ibrahim whom he knew we would feel comfortable and safe with. Overall, our stay at Holiday Inn Resort was a very pleasant one, with Mohammed being the greatest help to us, and therefore deserving of much recognition and credit.

Everything was amazing, starting by the check in process until everything else. However there are few things I'd like to mention: 1- the beach is far and need to walk along way going down the stairs then going back up. 2- some showerheads were not working on the beach, I had sea salt in my eyes and had to walk to the far showerheads to clean up. 3- we had to order housekeeping stuff (bath robes and sponges) everal times before they send them. 4- this is just for future awareness, at the pools area the water drain was not in place correctly, it was lifted up a little bit, so I hit my foot while leaving the pool and there was blood everywhere and the had the medical stuff come and check on my foot. Other than that EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. The food there is also very tasty and delicious. Highly recommended and respected hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive, frequently checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly taken care of. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a large closet for luggage storage. Although we hadn't specifically booked a sea-view room, we were pleasantly surprised to receive one with a partial view, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The resort offers excellent facilities, including multiple swimming pools, a spa, and a gym. One unique experience on the beach was applying mud from the Dead Sea—definitely a fun and memorable activity. The food was consistently good and varied. While the buffet wasn’t enormous, it provided plenty of options. However, one morning there was no buffet, and instead, we were served an assortment of pastries, followed later by a large amount of additional food. Since we weren’t very hungry that morning, we felt bad about the waste. A buffet setup would be preferable, allowing guests to choose according to their appetite. The only minor downside was that many staff members repeatedly asked us to leave a review. While I don’t mind doing so once or twice, being asked multiple times became slightly bothersome. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this resort!

Excellent attention to detail and service. Facilities were ample and lux - the property itself is impressive and the beach access was very convenient. Both dinner and breakfast buffets had plenty of options. Room was large with an outdoor area and complimentary water and coffee. Overall - A++
