Hampton Inn Sweetwater

"It was unfortunately the worst Hampton Inn I've stayed in. For the price of the room, I was very disappointed with how run down the place was. The carpets sorely needed deep cleaning, the elevator was broken, and the sheets even had a rip in it. The freezer section in the mini fridge was a stained block of frost. Usually Hampton's beds are super comfy, but these seemed firmer than Hampton's I've stayed at. I was thankful that the air conditioner worked well and I didn't see any bugs at least considering how rundown the place seemed."

"The property has tight parking. The room (112), was musty. The bed was noisy. Breakfast was underwhelming. The gravy was so thick it couldnt be taken out with the provided laddle. When I checked it, the front desk was empty and 5 minutes passed before someone showed up."

"The property was very cute and clean. More than enough room for our family of 4 to fit comfortably. We experienced a bit of a hiccup at check in because we never got sent the pin for the key pad to get into room, but 1 easy phone call to number listed on booking site and it was resolved in 5min. The location staff members were very sweet and came and checked that we were all set up with everything we might need. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Very satisfied over all 😌"
