"Really well equipped and designed room. Great Layout and facilities in the hotel and for that price really unbelievably good"

"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"Very good i like the pool"

"The accommodation is well-equipped with all the essential amenities. However, the bathroom has a glass door, making it more suitable for couples than for friends or families seeking more privacy. "The signature citizenM room design works perfectly for us, offering a smart, comfortable, and highly efficient use of space. Paired with an excellent location, it provided an ideal and highly convenient base for our stay"

"Service gut, Lage zentral"

"Great breakfast"

"เดินทางสะดวก"

"Behulpzame mensen en vriendelijk personeel. Zonder ernaar te vragen een gratis update van de kamer gekregen."

"Staff helpful as always Convenient for any 02 concert"

"There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything."
