"Staff and location were good. Good pizza restaurant opposite. Average cleanliness but bed was clean. Small bathroom. Stay ruined by other guests shouting/ screaming. Too bad."

"I’m going to assume it was glaringly obvious and I just overlooked it in my haste to book this trip last-minute, but I was unaware this was not a hotel until I showed up at midnight and had to go through the additional check-in steps. Luckily I had all the resources available to complete the check-in, but had I been without cell reception/charge, I would’ve had nowhere to sleep. I did think I had selected “hotels” as part of my search, but again, am giving the benefit of the doubt. Maybe...

"Clean! Great location, friendly staff, nice downtown view & fast valet."

"My family and i definitely enjoyed our stay here at the Fairfield. We were in town, ended up booking this location and had a great experience! One of the staff members gave our children a treat, which was very nice of them to do so. Thank you to the night staff for your amazing help getting us situated into our room! PS the breakfast was delicious!!!"

"沒有來整理房間，早上出門特別去櫃檯告知還是沒來"
