We had a wonderful stay at Artyzen Habitat Suzhou and truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the hotel team. Due to an unexpected flight delay, I was unable to stay the first night of my three-night booking, and I was very grateful that the hotel kindly refunded the first night. This level of understanding and flexibility really made a difference.
Throughout our stay, the service was consistently excellent. The room cleaning service in particular was outstanding—our room was always spotless, well organized, and very comfortable.
The breakfast options were also great, with a good variety to choose from. We especially enjoyed the Suzhou noodles, which were delicious and a highlight of our mornings.
Overall, Artyzen Habitat Suzhou exceeded our expectations with its thoughtful service, cleanliness, and dining experience. We even extended our stay after the initial booking and highly recommend it to others visiting Suzhou.

Hotel is located at a quiet neighborhood; next to metro station. Accessible to all
major tourist attractions. Plenty of dining options opposite hotel. Cafes nearby. Beds were comfy. Shower room very spacious and good water pressure. Ample storage space. There’s a sofa settee and table which is really nice. Overall, big rooms at a good location.

oversea tourist friendly, excellent cleanliness in room, fresh ventilation, daily housekeeping, quiet district with nearby decent western, japanese, chinese restaurants available. 3 minutes to train station. taxi hire from didi app is very affordable too.

The hotel needs to put on effort in training their reception/check in counter staff. Total zero smile, I was made to feel like I am imposing on them for checking in!
