"Comfortable room, great restaurant and very helpful staff made this an excellent stay"

"Tidy rooms, convenient hotel parking and access. Right near the tram lines/train station but no noise either!"

"This was my second stay in 6 weeks, so I guess that speaks for itself. Friendly & helpful reception staff. Excellent location. Quality bedding and linen. Generous size room stocked with crockery etc…for a comfortable & convenient stay. Great complimentary products. Onsite secure parking. Has become my number one choice when staying in Newcastle."

"Great location, clean and quite new. We would happily stay here again."

"Clean room, quiet and very convenient!"

"Beautiful beach front location, helpful staff. Great place"

"Definitely okay for a budget friendly place: Pros: - shower is hot - there was a fridge in my room however it was hidden in a cupboard so i didn’t realise for a day - comfy bed - good air conditioning on both coolness and warmth - internet has good connection - convenient for beach access and many bars/cafes in walking distance Cons: - no parking, most areas close by are packed if free or you have to pay for - lack of utensils, we had one singular spoon, no knives or forks, also only one...

"Room was very clean. Place is absolutely beautiful."

"Had a great time while I was there....one staff member was friendly and enthusiastic but two of the younger girls on arrival showed no enthusiasm, they were very basically polite."

"Very nice place, I felt really welcomed ✨"

"Recently refurbished room, very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the shower had no water pressure and was almost dripping out of the rain head which made the experience frustrating and slow."

"Location is excellent though my rooms were not beach facing but property itself is close to beach. Amenities are very few but room sizes are decent. Food is average."

"Nice clean roomy great bathrooms. Comfy beds. Good location."

"Clean, comfortable and convenient. Quite noisy from the street noise but didn’t bother me, but worth a mention for those who don’t like noise."
