Lovely stay at Surat Thani

New hotel near a park on an island in the river. Go out of hotel to the right and find little shops where you can buy bottle of water one can repair or make cloths for you. Hotel has nice swimming pool and breakfast at 100 Bht vegetables and meat but also toast and marmelade in a bottle. I had to ask for thea it was no problem.Shower will only get hot after 5 min. There is no safetybox yet but ask for it and they propose a solution.

Great location

The highly recommneded Crossroads restaurant is just around the corner. Breakfasr very very basic but ok. Unfriendly front desk staff just sat on their chairs and no welcome at all but heh this is the new norm i guess Guest rooms great !! TV no English channels if they is important to you.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich,spricht aber kein Englisch Sodas wir uns durch eine Translator App teilweise verständigen mussten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß aber verfügen nicht über einenden Zimmer Safe. Das WLAN funktioniert oft nicht. Getränke gibt es aus einen Münz Automaten in der Lobby und der Room Service ist zeitlich stark eingeschränkt . Das Tollste ist das Spiegeleier zum Frühstück nach dem Braten erstmal im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden und dann eiskalt zum Verzehr im Frühstücksraum serviert werden. Asiatische Frühstücks Spezialitäten werden dagegen heiß serviert.

Nytt hotell. Fina och rena rum. Frukosten var ok men bestod mest av maträtter för asiater. Stekt ägg, frukt och grönsaker fanns. Hotellet ligger på andra sidan floden men man kan gå in till centrum. På hotellet fanns pool, vilket är skönt efter promenaden från centrum.

Previously I really liked this hotel and this was my 3rd stay here. However during my recent stay I was very disappointed that the check in staff wanted to charge me an additional 100 baht per night for 2 extra pillows ( only 2 are provided in the rooms ) It is not the cost that upset me it is the lack of genuine hospitality shown to the customer.

Fijn, goed onderhouden hotel. Helaas geen engelssprekend personeel. Daardoor verloopt de communicatie zeer moeizaam. Roomservice alleen in het thais beschikbaar maar geen telefoonnummer aanwezig en besteltijd klopt niet. Ontbijt redelijk, alleen totaal geen kennis van de europese keuken. Zo was de boter bij de toast bakboter! Wel heerlijke, comfortabele boxsprings in de hotelkamers aanwezig.

Fräscht och rent.

Nytt hotell, mycket rent, sköna sängar, wi-fi fungerade perfekt, liten swimmingpool men tillräcklig för att svalka sig. Ligger en bit från centrala stadskärnan med nattmarknaden och affärer. Finns dock två restauranger nere vid floden, gångavstånd fem minuter, bra mat till rimliga priser. Frukosten på hotellet kan man vara utan. Transportservice till flygplatsen 300 bath, helt acceptabelt. Bra hotell för en natt eller två.

Good location, clean and friendly staff

Friendly staff, great recommendation for dinner that night at a nearby restaurant on the river which we loved. Very clean and tidy hotel. Staff seemed invested in us having a god stay.
