The staff were amazing. I was travelling with 3 kids. After getting mucked around from my previous hotel, Ashleigh on reception was amazing! The next day she moved our room to accomodate us more. I cant speak highly enough of the staff, everyone i came in contact with were awesome! I will be back. Many thanks!!

Great location, fabulous gym & pool, and easy access to a beautiful beach. The grounds were lovely. The rooms & bathrooms however do need a facelift in the non executive section. Bonuses were seeing the sunrise from your room and wild kangaroos grazing at dawn and sunset.

The food available here is so far bad it’s indescribable. The hotel is fine, pool and location perfect, the bar is fun but the restaurant food is crap. A colleague had the pizza, it was seemingly made with packet ham, my burger and chips…well I couldn’t eat them and i eat almost everything. $30 burger that was so bad it was unetible. The breakfast was good

We booked 3 rooms over a year ago & requested to be near each other. On arrival rooms had not been allocated & we could not be near each other. The bathroom in renovated room smelt of sewer. Buildings are very tired, needs an upgrade. Suite very dated. Not a kitchen, just a microwave. Rooms not worth asking price. Could definitely be more of an atmosphere. Staff are friendly. Food expensive.
