Great location. Unit was older with no air-con. But very spacious, and amazing views, close to restaurant and beach.

A solid location for families, nothing fancy

Good solid facility. Excellent service from the manager, a very helpful host. But the building and apartment were tired. To be fair, it all worked fine and is well maintained, but the building reflected its age. It was a little pricey when we stayed, because of a host of events in town. But it should be affordable in quieter times - great for families or those on tighter budgets. The upside - it is close to beach, and the limited dining options at Kings Beach.

The property is exactly the same as the photos, it is clean and tidy. The bedding and towels are super white like they are new. The cookware and dining utensils are so clean to use without worries. We are most impressed by its stunning ocean view, so happy to see the beaches and ocean everyday. We really enjoy our 8 days stay at Burgess.

Staff were really nice and helpful. The pool and spa area were a hit with my kids and the pool was heated which was a good thing. Undercover parking was a plus with the wild weather we had during our stay All in all a positive experience

This property and location is great with an awesome view. But, needs to be cleaned properly and disinfected, especially after each rental ref (COVID Safety). Corners, surfaces dusty, carpet, floors dusty old stained, dirty, couch well worn, smelly, had food crumbs and other stuff in cracks underneath etc. There was no airconditioning, luckily there were 2 extra fans to use in rooms. Curtains need replacing, doors and screens were dirty and have not been cleaned for quite sometime. There is no disinfectant to clean floors and surfaces. A proper mop and bucket, and disinfectant on hand would be a good suggestion. The vacuum does not work at all and needs replacing.

Very spacious 3 bedroom appartments, very comfortable for our stay of 3 adults and 2 children. Location was absolutely perfect just one street back from the beach. So didn’t have the full brunt of the winds at us. Kids loved the pool/spa and tennis courts.
