We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Hedge Apartments by CLLIX. The apartment was spotless and very quiet, perfect for our little family. Love the area close to huge shopping precinct good eating nearby but our apartment was at front of building so the noice from trucks delivery to supermarkets a bit noisy early Monday mornings but soon Leave also complex kids playground used early mornings. Everything in room perfect. Very secure. Pool good on 1st floor

This place is right behind the Kawana Shopping Centre, everything uou need is just a short walk away, including supermarkets. The patrolles beach was a short stroll away too. Our apartment was nicely decorated and a had a touch of home about it. Only downside was a view of the carparks and bins, but we only used it as a base and pretty much just slept there.

Great apartment with everything you could need, and the location is amazing just across the road from the mall and 5 minutes walk to the surf club and beach. Swimming pool is lovely too. The only downside was the parking spot which was very tight but we got in and out. Look forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed our recent stay at The Hedge Buddina. Peter, the building manger, was very accommodating and helpful. The 2Br apartment we stayed at was modern, spacious, sparkling clean and very well set up. Location was ideal being just across the road from Kawana Shopping World, local beaches and public transport. Highly recommend!

2nd time at the Hedges, you can’t beat it, apartments have everything you could need, and the location is perfect. Cross the road one way and you’re at the shopping centre, cross the street the other way and you’re a 2min walk from the beach! This with friendly communication and easy instructions for everything and it makes for a stress free break!!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! 4 adults and 2 kids. The PERFECT location. Walk to an incredible beach, shopping, coffee shops. Super quiet and safe and everyone is so friendly. Great communication and helpful host. Unit is so modern and clean and has everything you need including games for kids. Balcony with water and Mountain View’s. Highly recommend and will always stay here when we visit. Complex offers amazing amenities and just can’t beat the location.

Great option for centrally located family accomm.

Great central location. Right across the road from Kawana shopping centre and restaurants, a 5 minute stroll to Kawana beach and, most importantly, 1 minute to decent coffee. Centrally located on the sunshine coast, location provides easy access to Mooloolaba, Caloundra, Noosa, Montville & Maleny etc. Check in/out was easy and 2 BDR apartment was clean and spacious, with full kitchen and laundry facilities and two bathrooms complete with shower gel, shampoo/conditioner. The double glazed, tinted sliding door blocking most of the sun and noise. Large screen smart TV worked well and large comfy couch for a family of four. Free, secure, undercover parking was great and on-site pool/gym/bbq facilities were always clean. Only real downside was a slight musty smell from the washing machine, which made its way to the clothes we washed. Probably just needed a deep clean. Was a wonderful stay for a family with young kids and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We will no doubt be back.

We enjoyed staying at The Hedge Apartment. It is a beautiful place for a family stay, the apartment is very nice and has a great location near the beach and very close to the shopping centre. Would recommend staying at this property.

Really liked this property. Good size, balcony was great, having shops within walking distance also great. Kitchen had all the facilities we needed. Met some lovely people who live in the complex too. We were travelling with a 12month old and it wasn't terribly 'baby friendly' however mindful we are a minority so not a complaint, just a comment. If we were heading back to the area down the track would have no problem staying there again.

Really lovely apartment. We booked at short notice (due to the first hotel we had booked being really filthy). Arise Hedge were affordable, and able to accomodate us with no issues at all. The apartments are well designed, nice and new and clean, close to beach and shops with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely book here again.

The property is beautiful & new & modern, unfortunately the u it we were allocated had some sort of water leakage as it smelt wet & damp even with the windows & doors left open all day & looked they had tried to cover it up with automatic air deodorants, pity because u it was perfect for our needs
