"The room was pretty clean, beds were very comfy, the grandkids and I enjoy having the poolside rooms, they are convenient and easily accessible. The bar time was very enjoyable as well. The minuses, the breakfast was mediocre, the fruit they always serve seems to have a funny taste to it. I'm assuming it probably comes in frozen and in an odd tasting juice. The gravy was a bit runny and eggs/potatoes were bland. There was no wifi, without paying extra, that I could get to work, and the tv was dated and had a bad picture on it. Otherwise a nice stay. Overall, a very nice and affordable stay."

"I was led to believe that the breakfast buffet was included for free. However, I was subsequently asked to pay for it, and it was informed that it was not included in my reservation because I had booked online. Additionally, we reported that the coffee maker in our room had been over flown, and the tray was set in soaking water. It was never cleaned or replaced. Our room was never cleaned, and towels were not replaced. The pool was wonderful, and the property was clean. However, the individual room was not maintained during our stay."
