If you’re looking for a good resort that has the Jamaican vibe. This is not the resort. they play no reggae, music and the food is mediocre at the buffet. The restaurants were not good. We paid $$30 extra to go to the mangroves steakhouse and the best part of our meal was dessert. How can you mess up a filet mignon? The Italian restaurant was absolutely awful. The Asian restaurant wasn’t very good. housekeeping never stocked our fridge or gave us anything when asked. room service is an extra $15 charge per guest front desk staff isn’t very responsive and the check-in service was a little odd you come to Jamaica for a vibe. Staff isn’t very responsive and the check-in service was a little odd. We won’t be staying here again.

Had a great time, everything was nice, clean and professional. The restaurants and food were good also. The best part of this resort was the staff. They were kind, helpful and always making sure we were having a good time.
