"Room clean but toilet ran constantly. One tv didn’t work. Fan in bathroom dripped water when sitting on toilet. Didn’t know there was an app for the property until we were leaving. Everything is cashless. Tip automatically comes up for 25% at some places Staff hardworking and hustled for any assistance we needed. Resort pricey for amenities avail in my opinion."

"Our room was located in an older building. Still clean but not as nice as the main hotel. We had a pull out couch for our kids but no linens or pillows. "

"I booked it for a quick weekend getaway. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot. But the rooms and property itself was really nice. The room was really clean and smelled amazing. It was also a couple minute walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Overall a really great place for a great price."

"The person at the front desk was very unhelpful. I had to get a manager involved who had the issue resolved in 309 minutes. This was NOT a manager needed situation shew was lazy and unhelpful. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay. I suggest you replace her she should NOT be the face of your business. There is no place for laziness or lack o0f effort. I booked a Premium room I expect and deserve more for $300 plus a night."

"Beach bar and location was awesome. Rooms were nice and staff was extremely friendly. The beach itself was beautiful and fun with was access from the hotel. Umbrellas and lounge chairs were included with the room which is great."
