All Ana’s all it was a very nice stay. The accommodation were nice and the only issue this the water pressure to the kitchen and bathroom sinks were weak. The ground were cleaned the pool was pleasantly well maintained. Finally, if there’s a reason I wouldn’t stay at this hotel/motel is that they advertise a $75 cleaning fee and I was charged $85 and I was supposed to receive 20% off of my third night which I did not receive but all in all very nice day. Might do it again if we can work out some of the differences.

Parking was close and adequate rooms were clean. Shower head was clogged but they had it changed about halfway through our stay. Only concerns were the location of garbage facilities and the lack of useful cookware. One tiny pan was not cutting it and we had to cook most meals in the large stock pot lol pool was warm and clean.

Definitely do not stay here during the winter - it’s not cold often in Florida, but when it is the rooms are freezing! Also, this is not a good place to stay if you have mobility issues. The walk from the parking area to the room is fine if you’re able-bodied, but as someone who uses a cane and finds walking painful, it was excruciating. Otherwise it was fine, although the loveseat near the TV was pretty uncomfortable. Good place to stay if you’re relatively young and the weather is warm. Check-in was convenient and staff was responsive to our needs.

The room I booked was absolutely disgusting when I first got there it was not cleaned from the last customers that stayed there. I then was switched to what was supposedly a “better room” which was at least clean this time. But The property/rooms is not anything like it is made out to be with the pictures on the website. The bed was so uncomfortable and a very cheap mattress, pillows, and very cheap blanket. The shower head was broken in the new room and also the toilet stopped working and I had to fix it. Then after sleeping there for one night I found an available room with a different hotel and checked out of park shores. The one thing I will say about doing well by park shores is their management team was quick to apologize and refund my stay and was very polite. But the amount of money being charged for this hotel is a complete ripoff. They need to upgrade their rooms furniture and bedding. I will never stay here again and would never recommend this hotel to anyone

It was relatively clean and comfortable enough. Needed instructions on how things work around the property, such as the tv wouldn’t work. Our garbage was full and didn’t know where to dump it. Could have used more towels, garbage bags, etc.

This was our first stay at Park Shore Suites St. Pete. Overall, I would say the amenities were "okay". Nothing fancy. It's an older property that they have cosmetically updated. However, the fridge had something sticky and red spilled in the door shelf. The inside of the microwave was dirty with splatters. The loveseat was very stained and uncomfortable. The BIGGEST issues were that there was no heat and no water - twice. One night it got down to the 40s and the only heat source available for the entire condo was a tiny space heater. The other big issue was that we had no water on two different ocassions. That meant no toilet flushing, no showers, nothing. Thankfully it was fixed fairly quickly, but reaching someone to report these issues or just to ask questions was difficult, as there is no one on sight. There are no drawers/dresser for clothing, only one end table, no where to unload suit cases, except on the bed. The checkout process was never communicated with us. We weren't even sure where to leave the key when we left. The location is close to the beach and to some restaurants. The trolley stop is also about a block or two away. The pool was small, but releatively clean and heated. Would I stay again? Probably not, but it certainly could have been worse and we made the best out of it.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Very clean, confortable bed, great proximity to anywhere you wanted to go. Quiet evenings. Beautifully clean pool and landscaped area. The staff was amazing. I was so pleasantly surprised for the price, what an amazing place it was to stay. My husband and I will be booking again. JUST Amazing!

YES loved everything except the sheets. They were WAY too starchy and loud......i would suggest bring your own sheets. Blanket was awful too.....it wasn't even a blanket to me. Pls change those things and all would be PERFECT!!
