"Resort was great. Some construction going on but will eventually make the property even better. The only draw back was if you wanted to sit on the beach you had to rent or buy chairs and umbrellas. That was the only drawback."

"Room was dirty, service was not helpful when you really needed it but for simple things they were helpful. When called to get room cleaned someone came just to take the trash, not mop the floors that left our feet black upon walking across the room. The rooms humidifier was full and upon entry smelt like mold. There were also snacks in our nightstand that were left from previous guests. The property is beautiful but the rooms are not. "

"This is a very cozy, beachy kind of place. The manager/owner is very hands on and very available. The place was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and many other attractions. "

"Great property for a night on the beach! We had a partial ocean view room, the balcony is tiny but we weren't in our room often. The restaurants and bars on site were awesome. We were right on the beach with Coconut Charlie's bar with great food and drinks with seating on the deck or right in the beach sand! We were able to grab a drink and watch the sunset! Room was very clean and had all amenities we needed. Location was perfect, even had a great outdoor pool and easy access to beach for an ocean swim."

"Had to use the bathroom first thing. Sitting there peeing, on the towel rack was a wash cloth and two hand towels. One hand towel had a big dirty hand print on it. Would have to be blind to not see it. Some else's body hair in the shower, on bath towels and on the floor. Missing blind slates in front window. We ended up covering the open window with one of our beach towels. Young boy desk clerk on the middle shift was disrespectful to a older guest, in my presence, who was simply asking about the TV guide and controls. This young man should not be working with the public. Sand on the floors. We know we are on the beach. We've been here several times before and after the closure from the last hurricane. Just thought that it might be different this time. Think the owner needs to invest in some REAL QUALITY CONTROL. I doubt we'll go back anymore"
