"When we arrived they told us our solarium room was not available because of electrial being shut off. It was a little rocky checking in but Gillermo Queseda took care of putting us in the room we booked and it was a pleasant stay from that point on. Its clean, safe, staff is friendly, all the restaurants and buffet was delicious. Bed was comfortable, and we are picky. Had extra pillow and blanket, ironing board and iron in closet. "Service was top notch! Property is beautiful! Food is very expensive though and not many choices for a family on a budget. I also wish there were more resort activities to participate in besides eating, drinking, pools, and spa on the property."

"This place was way beyond my expectations! The kids club was unreal perfect for both my 3 year old and 7 year old. They were exceptionally kind and entertaining. The food was above my expectations with the Pizza at Portofino being a highlight. The outdoor movie night was so fun and really special. The room was nice and big and service was amazing with everyone being very helpful and attentive."
