"We enjoyed a lovely stay at this charming farm barn in Pennsylvania. Simple, cozy, and welcoming, it was a wonderful place to slow down and relax. The delicious breakfast was a highlight and a great way to start the day. We’d happily stay again!"

"Clean but mattresses are well past their life."

"We were a party of 6. What a welcome and we loved the rooms and friendliness. We had dinner at Butter which was excellent. Mark and Carol are fantastic hosts. I cannot recommend this b&b enough! Amazing breakfast included. Our evening was also perfect amazing dinner followed by a roaring outdoor fire next to the stream. Thanks for having us! Sarah & Tony with fam and friends"
