Positivt :Kort gangavstand til sjøen, butikker, supermarked og restauranter. Billig. Negativ: Klimaanlegget er begrenset til 28 grader. Hotellresepsjonen er en dekorasjon. Frokosten er ok (for et billig hotell), men uten endring i 7 dager blir det kjedelig. Allerede klokken syv om morgenen er alle solsengene opptatt. (med håndklær) .

Odotukseni eivät olleet kauhean korkealla, mutta nekin alittuivat. Kokonaisuudessaan hotellin taso on heikko jokaisella osa-alueella. Ainoa poistiivinen asia on sijainti, joka on erinomainen - ranta lähellä, palvelut lähellä (bussiasema, luotettava pankkiautomaatti, kaupat, ravintolat). - Vastaanoton työntekijöillä tuntui olevan aina jotakin "tärkeämpää" tekemistä, kun heidän kanssaan asioi. He mielummin näpräsivät kopiokonetta ja tietokonetta tai ihan vain keskustelivat keskenään, vaikka asiakas seisoisi jo tiskillä ja odottelisi palvelua. Ymmärrän ihmisten kiireen ja muut hoidettavana olevat asiat, mutta sama kaava ei voi toistua useamman kerran päivässä koko viikon ajan. Lopulta tajusin, että heitä ei vain kiinnostanut asiakkaiden huolet, koska asioidessa kaikki olivat kylmiä, eikä kauhean palveluhenkisiä. Saman havainnon tein myös sivusta katsonneena muita asiakkaita. Huone itsessään oli ihan ok kokoinen, mutta erittäin vanhahtava ja vanhat laitteet toimivat vain jotenkuten. Suihku/wc oli surkea - pieni, epäkäytännöllisesti suunniteltu ja rakennevirheiden määrä oli kammottava. Esimerkiksi kaato ei toiminut käytännössä ollenkaan, vaan lattia lainehti vielä 1-2h suihkun jälkeenkin, huoneen ollessa kostea käytännössä iltaan asti jos aamulla kävi suihkussa. Lisäksi vesi oli aina joko liian kylmä tai liian kuuma, balanssin löytämiseen piti nähdä tosissaan vaivaa. Huonepalvelua ei tuntunut olevan, ainakaan sitä ei huomannut muuta kuin pyyhkeiden vaihtuvuudella.

Was close to beach and nightlife but still quiet at night although my friends on another floor had very noisy 18-30 's next door . I'm not the fussiest of eaters but food was horrible and cold .... i had to eat out for breakfast and evening meal

Good location, average hotel

Hotel not well maintained and charged for things I would have thought were included (for example safe). The carpet in the room was bubbled up and falling apart and the equipment at the gym was not maintained with equipment out of order and falling apart. The room was in clean condition, decent room space, and beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was responsive to issues/questions and helpful. Hotel was in a good location, close proximity to the beach and some good entertainment options nearby.

Et godt alternativ rett ved standen!

Et hotell rett ved stranden med grei standard. Hyggelig personal og relativt rolig på hotellet selv om det generelt er mye larm (party) overalt på Sunny Beach. Maten er midt på treet og blir kjedelig med lite variasjon (samme buffet dag etter dag).
