"I arrived late because of a flight delay. The host was very polite during my checkin. I was squared away in no time. The King size bed was exceptionally comfortable and plenty of water pressure for the shower. I will definitely be using The Brant Inn during my future travels."

"Good things: Love the rooftop and main floor restaurant/lounge/food truck! The room is spacious and very clean. The balcony is a nice amenity, despite the noisy AC from surrounding buildings. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry, plus mini appliances, are great perks. Not good: Tiniest shower ever with the shower head super-high up, with the cheapest shower head that is pretty much on one angle, straight down. It's starting to show some wear, such as the shelf under the mirror is defective and the caulking looks worn out. But the main problem...The zero-staff concept is long on concept, short on reality. Not the cool flex that the owners think it is! After a long flight and driving from Pearson Airport to the location at 3:15 pm, they still hadn't sent me my code to gain entry. Apparently, you only get your code at check-in time. Arriving with no one to welcome us or answer questions is just weird, not cool. Having to enter the code into the entrance, elevator, and room every time becomes tiresome and laborious, especially since the numbers are pretty worn on the keypads and lighting is poor. We helped several people who were flummoxed by the concept. Please hire someone on the front desk and switch to electronic keys like every other hotel on the planet. This silly idea is not good."

"Amazing hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. Very big place actually. Staff is amazing, I was able to check in early, perks of being a member. Breakfast super great! Amenities such as pool (clean and warm enough) and laundry (was able to dry my items). I was able to get to places pretty near the hotel! Would love to come back!"
